Guilherme Lima

I am currently an associate researcher at the PUC-Behring Institute for AI of PUC-Rio, Brazil.

From 2019 to 2025, I was at IBM Research in Brazil.

In 2018, I did a postdoc at the Institute for Parallel and Distributed Systems (IPVS) of University of Stuttgart in Germany.

From 2016 to 2018, I was an associate researcher in the multimedia (TeleMídia) and formal methods (TecMF) labs at the Department of Informatics of PUC-Rio, Brazil.

From 2004 to 2015, I studied Computer Science and did an MSc and a PhD at the Department of Informatics of PUC-Rio, Brazil.

Research interests

My principal interest of research is in the intersection of AI, knowledge representation, automated reasoning, and NLP.
